Back in 2007 (?) the 40th Anniversary of a trip made in October ’67 took place. Some details from the old site are below now.

40 years ago this year on Tuesday October 17th 1967 over 800 school kids from Dorset sailed from Southampton on the SS Dunera, on her last voyage. Maybe a few might remember the trip, which was full of bad weather, and maybe they are now relating the tale to their Grandchilderen, and find this site. It would be fun to hear of their memories and maybe even reunite some people.

61 kids from All Saints School were on the trip recently I have found my in scrap book and a list of all their names, I am only in touch with three of them, if you are one of the following or know where they are now please get in touch.

The names should be in alphabetical order and hopefully spelt correctly. If not we apologise!

Obviously we hope that all who see their names on this page will not mind and that they will take this in the spirit that it is intended…..a bit of fun and just possibly the start of a reunion??
